About The Inventor
We’re a small team based in Northeastern Ohio, passionate about the outdoors and spending time with family. The Wallhanger Hunt Stove was born from a simple need: a safe, reliable way to stay warm and cook while hunting — without relying on propane.
The idea first came to life just before gun season in 2023. After building a rough prototype from basic materials, we saw the potential — even though it smoked too much. With a lot of trial and error, and support from others who believed in the vision, we refined the design into something safe, efficient, and built for the field. That’s how this stove came to be.
Our Mission
This stove is made for serious whitetail hunters who want to stay warm, cook food, and minimize scent in the field. Surprisingly, the scent of wood smoke does not alarm them. I've had up to 11 deer around me with no issues.
The stove draws air in and vents smoke out, reducing human scent. I'd rather deer smell burning hardwood than me any day.
